
Hi there! My name is Jules. And I’m so happy you’re here. If you like to eat food, than you’re in the right place. I happen to make a lot of healthy and delicious recipes I know you and anyone you are cooking for will love.
I am currently a second year university student, and my days are filled with school from nine to three, along with making food, eating food, coaching CrossFit, doing CrossFit, playing sports, and of course hanging out with my friends and family.
I have been a foodie for as long as I have been eating. My parents have always been very adventurous in their food choices, so I naturally followed suit.
Not to mention just being foodies, my dad is also amazing in the kitchen, which I have been inspired by and now have slightly taken over our kitchen… Sorry dad.

Over my high school years I found a passion in the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. And with that, I want share my passion with others. Taking good care of ourselves is so underrated, and even though “being healthy” can seem like the most complicated two words ever, I like to keep it quite simple. Eat good food that makes your mind, and belly happy, try to be active when you can, prioritize your sleep, and quite possibly most importantly, do not overcomplicate it.

I leaped into starting my own food blog, where I share my recipes with others. My goal is to make delicious and healthy recipes that everyone will love. No matter what kind of food lifestyle you follow, I want to create some great recipes you can make up. Whether you are vegan, paleo, vegetarian, or just a picky eater, I promise there is something for you!
Eating good wholesome food is in my opinion, one of the biggest components to living that healthy lifestyle we all aspire to live. Not only is it important to keep us living and breathing, it’s also just really freaking good. Luckily, delicious and healthy food is easier to make than you may think.
